R + C are now happily engaged…(Chelsea’s ring is incredible, good job Ross!) Spending the beginning of their new adventure in Virginia and planning a wedding at a gorgeous Villa in Colorado. They are excited to start life as husband and wife, Congratulations to the future Mr. & Mrs. Garvin!
